5.8 Product Handling & Breakage

Rusks are naturally dry and brittle.
While we package all products carefully, minor breakage or crumbs may occur during transport.
This does not affect product quality or freshness.

5.9 Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete:

Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos where required

We will assess the issue and may offer:

Replacement
Refund
Store credit

5.10 Responsibility & Risk

Karoveld (Pty) Ltd remains responsible for your order until it has been delivered.
Once delivery has been completed, responsibility transfers to the customer.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

A 5% cancellation fee may apply to cover transaction and processing costs.

6.2 Returns & Quality Guarantee

Provide store credit
